The theme of the year:
Arctic Change
Here in the Arctic, we can feel that things have changed.
The ice arrives later. The weather has become harder to predict. Animals are moving away or disappearing. It affects how we hunt, fish, and simply live.
We are used to adapting – we always have. But now it’s happening fast. Some of the things we know are starting to disappear.
Through art, we try to show what it feels like. The changes we see, and what we still hold on to.
The Arctic is our home. And we have something important to share.
